Very much inspired and motivated by this video. I came to know about the crucial role and importance of TEAM. A work which is impossible for an individual to do could be possible when group of individuals do it together, this is TEAM. Success will be achieved if we work together. A TEAM is based on Trust Emotion Accountability Motivation.
respected sir after seeing video we concluded Teamwork simply refers to a group of people working towards a common goal with a positive spirit. Each individual brings forth his/her skills while coordinating with the efforts of the other team members in order to produce a desirable outcome. Teamwork is a vital aspect in our lives. There are a lot of things that we cannot achieve as an individual, this is where a team enters. So, be positive about teamwork, have a cooperative outlook, and visualize the bigger picture in order to induce team spirit in yourself.
at last i want to say that,'United we stand, divided, we fall'.
I was really inspired by this video.After this i really memorize some thought of Michael Jordan who said that "Talent wins games but TEAMWORK wins Championships". For a good Team these are required:- T-Trust E-Effort A-Achievement M-Motivate
We come across so many thoughts, ideas and wisdom..each one shows a new way of living with fulfillment and success. We should also make it a point to spread the good message amongst our friends and colleagues so that we grow as a community.

Respected sir, As per my views a TEAM is other meaning of success. In a team where there are various members with different abilities interact with each other and works together and this interaction between them leads them to achieve their goals. I personally believe that working in a team is the best experience and it helps in making our work more easier and we are able to complete our tasks very easily. I have always had a great experiences working as a team in my school days and they are simply the best moments of my life as we are able to enjoy and at the same time complete our work more easily and with lots of accuracy. In a team every idea is revised many times and this leads in the development of the best one. So a TEAM works are the best as the members works together as "we" and not "I".
